In addition to the National Headquarters, Branches and or Antennas called: Bureaus Offering Strategic and Structural Sustainable Solutions (BOSSS) will be installed in the different States, Regions and or Provinces of each Country.

At least Ninety percent (90%) of the Staff members and other agents of GLOPASS will be recruited Locally.

The primary purpose of having this Organizational Structure is to getting much closer to the populations, especially the underprivileged communities in order to actively support their noble Initiatives, defend their Legitimate Existential Rights, Causes while empowering them to grow their own Businesses.
